"The jewel for me is not and should not be a symbol of luxury, but an element of recognition of the personality and spirit of the person that wears it. Jewels, pure art, are feelings!"
With these words, the Italian designer Valentina Falchi describes her work and her vision of jewellery. She is inspired by strong personalities, life experiences and nature. Her creations are intended for women and men with a strong personality, who look for originality and quality, with a vision of a happy and dreamy life. The design of her jewellery stands out for its lines, both geometric and organic, for a profuse mix of textures, details and sensations inspired by everyday life and nature. Valentina expresses these elements in a modern style.
Surrounded by the beauty of Florence, one of the Italian cities where the culture of goldsmithing is traditional, Valentina Falchi studied jewellery at the "Le Arti Orafe" school.
After completing her studies in 2007, she moved to Barcelona, Spain, where she opened her own workshop/showroom and where she works and teaches today. In 2015 she became the coordinator and a teacher for the Jewellery Design summer course at IED Istituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona.
