This small handmade earpin features a sumptuous pear-shaped cabochon of lapis lazuli. Earpins like this require a single standard earlobe piercing. The pointy end acts just like a stud earring (without backing clips), while the curved top slips comfortably behind the ear to keep the earpin in place.
