The Wave Brooch is an original creation from the EXTINCT SPECIES series, inspired by marine life. It is made of cast porcelain and pigment, covered in transparent glaze and fired at the high temperature of 1240°C. All the pieces have a thin layer of gold for which was required a second firing of 800°C. The pieces are assembled on artificial leather and the closing system is made of steel and Brass.
